We aim to provide the best possible online shopping experience. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If your Purchase is Defective, just go through our return process.
All returns must meet our guidelines. We reserve the right to pick up defective equipment instead of shipping at our discretion. You agree to make that possible. Please review our full Return Policy carefully.
Important: Please note that if your returned item is not in its original packaging, or has signs of use, and wouldn't be able to be resold as new, a minimum 25% fee may be deducted from your refund.

14-Day Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your defective equipment.
Refund Details
Dynamiq A/V will refund your original purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the return to be completed once it is delivered to us or picked up.
Free Items
If your original purchase included free items, you must return all associated items to receive a full refund. The retail value of any free items you keep, along with shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund.

Dynamiq A/V will only accept returns that have the return shipping label we provided to you.
Eligibility Conditions
Dynamiq A/V reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee if all conditions are not met.
All items must:
Be in new condition.
Be in their original unaltered box, including an intact UPC code.
Include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and free items.
Adorama will refund the original purchase price after deducting the retail value of any free items you keep.
Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned once opened (original packaging cannot be unsealed):
Any item removed from their “blister-pack.”
Special-order merchandise and gift cards.
Any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.

Defective or Damaged Items
You have 14 days from delivery to return defective or damaged items.
Defective or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Dynamiq A/V’s discretion.
For a full refund, you need to contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
After 5 business days of delivery, you’ll receive the same model or the manufacture's equivalent model instead of a refund.
For verified damaged and defective items Dynamiq A/V will reimburse return shipping fees.
For unverified defective or damaged items, Dynamiq A/V reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee.
For any electronic device you need to unlock it, delete all passwords and reset to Factory Settings. We will not accept the return if the device is locked or password protected.
Limited Liability
Dynamiq A/V is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Dynamiq A/V is not liable for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of purchased merchandise.
Dynamiq A/V’s responsibility extends to the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Oversize Return Policy
Oversize items that are required to ship via truck, are returnable pending they meet our standard return requirements. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once shipped, if a package is refused, the return ship fees will be deducted from the refund total.
If an oversize item shipped directly from the manufacturer, it will need to be returned to their location. Please contact us prior to return and we will assist getting the return set up.
